Host hasn't answered for 15 seconds

I use winscp version 2.3.0 working fine at work's computer using windows95. I've installed on my home computer which is on Windows XP & I've compared that I have all the same settings as at work, but I get the message "Host hasn't answered for 15 seconds". Any ideas how I can get it to work at home on Windows XP? Only little familiar with this software so far, any help would be appreciated. thanks

It seems the WinSCP is having problems connection to server. Are you able to connect to server with other clients? Or at least with different protocol (maybe FTP)? Can you post a log file (see logging tab of logn dialog).
