Manual start of queue

Hi,

Please make it possible to let the whole queue be suspended until manually pressing the "play" button.

Maybe let the option parameter "Maximal number of transfer at the same time" allow for a zero value, for configuring this.
OR just have a "Pause"-button in the Queue-toolbar.
