Language file cann't load on Windows 7 7106

I am using Windows 7 Build 7106 zh-CN
I tried install WinSCP 4.18, 4.21
But all of them Can only show English UI to me.
Who can help me?

I have the same problem.
I am using Windows 7 RC 64bit with Hungarian MUI and when I have installed 4.18, 4.21 its work, but the Hungarian MUI pack work not with the WinSCP ( Error : WinSCP.HU does not contain translation for this product...) on Vista with the Hungarian MUI pack is OK.

The problem was resolved already as you can see in the tracker. Just wait for the next release.
