how to execute putty directly in utf-8 mode ?

hi,
I use winscp with putty, and I would like to know if it's possible to launch it directly in utf-8. because I constantly change the caracter set to utf-8 manualy.

I didn't find a commandline parameter to do that.
Is there any ohter means ?

Set default character set in PuTTY to UTF8. WinSCP will pickup defaults when starting PuTTY. Please read documentation.
