Shortcuts of folders openning in WinSCP 4.1.9

I was using the version 4.1.8 earlier and once 4.1.9 is available I have installed the latest one. When I tried to open a shortcut of a folder which is present in the desktop in left panel of the WinSCP...it is opening in notepad (default editor). I am seeing this in the latest version 4.1.9.
When I uninstall 4.1.9 and installed the 4.1.8 version....it is working fine. I am using this client with commander interface mode. I am not very sure whether this is some settings issue with my system because the older version is working fine in the same system. And I didn't have another system to test this issue also.
Can anyone check that this is the issue with your system also?
