Open Command for FTP SSL

Is there a way to use FTP SSL in the Open command?
Explanation: At https://winscp.net/eng/docs/scriptcommand_open I see sftp|ftp|scp listed, but didn't see an option for ftp with SSL, although it seems to work great from the GUI.
