Issue with downloading files with - and/or [ ]

using winscp.com I am trying to download a file with the Name C-[WELP]HS00092093.zip. From the WINSCP prompt I give the command get C-[WELP]HS00092093.zip. The console returns really fast with no error and the file is not downloaded but if I give the command get *HS00092093.zip the program works just fine and downloads the file properly. how can I download a file which have special char. I have tried c\-\[WELP\]HS00092093.zip and that does not work either

[] denote set of chars. There's actually no nice way to escape them. Though this works: C-[[]WELP]HS00092093.zip
