[Report Bug] Could not retrieve directory listing

Dear,

I have moved to new place with new internet connection, then I cannot use WinSCP to connect to FTP server.

This is return from WinSCP:

Disconnected from server
Could not retrieve directory listing
Timeout detected.
PORT command successful
Error listing directory '/'.

SSH connection for WinSCP is working properly.
Some other FTP Clients(FlashFXP, CuteFTP) Working properly, too.

Please tell me how to take the log the send to you.

I am using WinSCP 4.2.2

THis problem was fixed using Passive Mode.
