How to move the file from one remote server to another one

I have two remote servers (development and production). Is there any way WinSCP can open one remote site on the left panel and open another remote site on the right panel?

I do not want to copy the file from the developmet server to my local pc, and then copy it from my local pc to the production server.

You would need to install and use some upload tool inside one server to upload to other (Using possibly a command-line tool).
Other way is using a download tool in the second computer. Ex.: In the second computer, use wget tool to download a file from the first one. For that to work, the first computer must be configured to serve a file, e.g., running a webserver or ftp-daemon.

The main question is, what protocol does your server support and if it allows you to move the files directly at all.
