Problem with Excel-Files

when i open a Excel-Dokument (Drag&Drop), i bekam an
Error Message: Cant open File C:\intranbg\SCP38238!
All works fine, but with Excel-Files i have a lot of
Problems - can you help me?
What must i do to disable the error message or what
can i do for right working with Excel-Files!
