Plain text password for ssh tunelling

Hi. I serach everyvere and cant find solution. I need to create config file with list of servers, but on every server i must go through jumppoint (hop). Any way to:
1) save paswword uncrypted?
2) generate hash of password?

Yes, i know, i can write in config file join only to jumppoint, thats create hash and than i use it in 2nd config, but its terrible. Many people will be have to change their login to jumppoint, so it will be too difficult to make it.

Which password do you need yo save? The tunnel one or the one of actual target session?

I need save password for tunnel one. It seem that tunnelpasswordplain doesnt work.
