Attmpting to open command prompt window by clicking toolbar button or "Open Terminal" always yields

I had previously been on 4.2.1 which worked fine

Using SFTP so it shows the "Need to open a shell session" dialog box first
SFTP-3
Using GUI with commander interface
Windows XP SP3
