Automatically splitting files using WinSCP

Is this feature possible? Feeding a big chunk of file say 1gb or bigger and WinSCP automatically splits them into chunks of 2mb filename.zip.part1, filename.zip.part.2 etc. Also WinSCP should be clever enough, knowing at which point of the file to resume at if the transfer is stopped. Instead of manually splitting the files and sending it one by one and then joining them manually at the other end.
