Cannot connect to my server from the web but i can on my lan

Hi i am able to connect with Winscp to my server for tranfering file on my lan. But i can outside of my lan by the web. I use port 222 and ipcop for the router.

Can you connect using Putty SSH client? Please try both latest development snapshot and latest official release (0.53b). Thanks.
