Upload File Size Always 0

I'm using WinsSCP Version 3.4.0 (Build 192). I've no problem with copying (drag and drop) files from Linux to Windows 2000 Pro SP4. But the other way around, I always get 0 file size. Is this a known bug?

Build 197 seems to have fixed the bug.

The bug was fixed in release 3.4.1 (build 194). Only files below 4 kB were affected. And only with SFTP protocol.
