SCP, Server Wants User Input. How to Send During Login?

When connecting to the server with SCP, it gives the user a menu with choices. This is causing WinSCP to hang since I suppose it is waiting for some kind of command prompt to appear.

How can I send user input during the log in process?

WinSCP does not support that. Just avoid using menu for non-interactive sessions.
