A connection attempt failed error message

Hello,

I am attempting to connect to a FTP server using WinSCP v4.1.9 or latest beta. I encounter the following error message:

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.
Connection failed.

When I use Filezilla I do not encounter any issues. I am running WinSCP on Windows 2008 R2 x64.

Could you please help me determine why I am encountering this issue?

Please post a log file both from WinSCP and Filezilla.
