Access denied on I-Phone 3G

I have used WINSCP many times before on my I-Phone 3G but now I have a new one with FW 3.1.2 and I can't log in anymore.

Don't think I missed anything. Installed SSH on from Cydia. And in WINSCP I entered the IP and root.

It starts logging in and after the password (alpine) it tells me access denied.

Any suggestions?
