I think that question is already in the subject Wink.

The problem is, how to upgrade .ini file. I doubdt that they are all the same in all versions...

a have already done that, but i'm curious about new features. They don't need any new conf values?

There are always default values to be used.

I can't understand, how's that, that new version don't have any new conf values.

It does. But as I said, there is always default value to be used, when the new configuration option is not found in the INI file.
