Problemswith OSX 10.3 Panther

I've been using WinSCP for sometime on different pc's to connect o a OSX 10.2 without problems. However, after upgrading to 10.3 Panther it throws an error when i'm trying to connect.

"Unexpected directory listing line 'drwxr-xr-x 64 abcde staff 2176 17 Nov 16:57 .'.
Operation aborted"

Has anyone encountered this problem?
