Restore from tray

When I restore a minimized WinSCP instance, working in remote directory synchro mode, from tray the window of synchronization is hidden, probly no focus on it is given. I have to click twice on windows taskbar to restore this window back. I've I explaind it in a way that you can't reproduce it I will give you a listing in steps.

It does not do for me. How do you minimize WinSCP? How do you restore it? How do you tell it does not have a focus?
