Transferring settings - Does it also transfer user/pass?

Client of ours who lost their server and WinSCP and a plethora of connections with user/pass combos and the like. By going to your FAQ, it says the settings will be transferred over doing the registry trick. Forgive my lack of understanding, but if we're able to recover this data, will it also recover the user/pass and all that jazz as well?
