RC4?

Is there any chance of including RC4/ARCFOUR encription algorithm, for use on really slow servers?

This is low level feature, which has to be implemented in SSH core coming from PuTTY SSH client. I'm not going to implement it by myself. You may ask authors of Putty for this feature.
