Play short sound file when transfers in queue list finished

It can really help when you edit files in external MDI editor. Thanks!

If you hide queue list, you will get tray popup once the queue is empty.

It doesn't work when I minimize WinSCP to small icon, using other application like HotKey Manager v1.70 feature: Hide any window to tray by hotkey or clicking right button on it's minimize button.

So short fie should play when transfers in queue list finished and WinSCP is inactive.

It is very comfortable way to know that saved files was transferred successfully.
