Windows 7 64 bit errors

I'm running version 4.2.6 (Build 721) on Windows 7 64 bit.

I have two problems: a) The LOCAL directories does not display network attached drives that are mapped to My Computer, and b) I'm trying to upload files to a z/OS system and the folder does not show the sub-directory that I need to load the files into.
