Two websites--how to properly organize them with WinSCP?

I have separate folders on my computer for the two websites, but it seems I have only one website configured through WinSCP. How can I add a second?

Do you mean that you do not see the other folder in WinSCP?

Possibly you have to use another account to login to see the other folder.
