Windows Vista/7 UAC Interfering with "Don't ask again"

Windows Vista/7 UAC is interfering with "Don't ask again" at the "Synchronize on start" box. Even though i run the application as administrator, it keeps asking this. It also can't be disabled from options panel. Very annoying :)
Running 4.2.6 build 721

How does it interfere? Can you post a screenshot?
