far plugin feature request: option to put files lowercased

Hi,

It would be nice to have an option in the FAR plugin (and in the standalone version) to convert filenames to lowercase when sending them. It's a very useful feature for users with DOS partitions, where all filenames are uppercase. It'd be quite easy to implement I think (only one option in the GUI and a 'strlwr' command in the proper place).

The option is there. Just press "more" button on upload/download dialog to reveal additional options.

It is there :-) There should be two dialogs for upload. The option is on the second one.
