Disable SSH encryption

How to disable SSH encryption?

WinSCP does not support encryption-less SSH.

I can not send files with high speed via SSH because my notebook's CPU can not process it.
I had no choice but installing Filezilla FTPD for now.
It would be good thought if you could implement encryption SWITCH OFF option!
