WinSCP does not see file that is there
I am running Winscp 4.2.7 build 758
A simple ftp session from Windows 2003 server works fine:
When I attempt to convert this to a WinSCP script, it says the file does not exist although the file exists. I also cannot see the file in the WinSCP program. Here is the script and output:

As you can see from the regular FTP connection, the file is indeede there, but winscp cannot see it?
