Use same setting next time not working

No matter how many times I check mark "Use same settings next time", it does not remember it at all. It seemed to stop working with 3.0 build 149. Any ideas?

This should work. Do you press "Copy" button to start an operation after you check "Use same settings next time"? In you press "Cancel" the settings are not preserved.
