Multiple Watch Folders..?

Hi

I want to use the 'Keep Retmote Directory up to Date' but I have a problem, the subfolders are not all within the same folder stucture... In others words I want to be able to pick multiple folders to watch at the same time within the same session, is this possible becasue I can only see that you can pick only one folder and its subs..??

Start it from common root and use exclude/include mask to narrow down the set of directories to watch.

What is more suitable for you? Exclude or include mask?
