WinSCP SFTP AND Serve-U

When copying ascii files: aspx, ascx and cs files from a local machine to a Windows server, Winscp will sometimes append the file to the existing file, corrupting the files. FTP connections do not appear to have this issue.
This appears in the latest Windows build using the commander interface.

Are you able to reproduce it on demand?
