Custom Commands (zip, unzip, etc) are not saved

I create Custom Commands (ie Zip & Unzip) and they work for that session only. If I open a new session, the command is no longer listed. Please provide step-by-step instructions on saving custom commands, or let me know if they're even supposed to be permanently stored, or if it's a known bug.

They are supposed to be permanently stored.
Is other configuration being preserved? Or do you lose all your settings when restarting WinSCP?
