How to change password from site. (FTP password)

WinSCP cannot change the password. It is not possible with SFTP/SCP. Typically you change password by logging in using SSH terminal and using passwd command (on UNIX systems).

How would a user change their password on a Windows host, then? Would it be possible to implement SSH password-change protocol in WinSCP?
