What gets installed with WinSCP???

Hi,
I hope that this is not a dumb question. I created an installer for WinSCP in Visual Studio 2008 to distribute to members of my team. In this installer, I have the CreateShortcuts and RemoveShortcuts files. My question is, when the installer is run, will there be any files copied or overwritten to the System32 or Windows directories? I want to make sure that I don't affect how other programs are running.
