The log below doesn't seems to indicate anything as it's cut short. Is there a more detailed log created? What's weird is that it seemed to work one time, but I haven't been able to get it working since.

I've meant the debug log as described in the email I've sent you.

Anyway, I was able to resolve the problem with help of another user.
This bug is being tracked already.

I get the same error:

Assertion failed: s->gsslib, file putty\ssh.c, line 7970

This is using AD integrated Kerberos on the server. I have a 'kerberized' version of Putty installed, if that makes any difference. You mentioned that this is resolved, but I don't see any information on what the 'fix' is, and I'm running version 4.2.8 (build 818).
