Please Help

Hello

I use WinSCP just 1day when i wanted to copy a file to my server the program stops working when i close that program and i open it again but when i starting to connect to SFTP the program is not working just a blank window/

1.Yes i checked Firewall
2.My server is working everyday

Even putty dosent work after that

please help i tried to other working server nothing working help me please i need it working.
