Root? Help!

Hi, We have blocked direct root access from our server.
Therefore, in ssh (putty), we would login as a normal shell user, and then su to root.
Is this possible in scp, and how?

'su' command generaly requires interactive terminal (TTY). It is not a case of WinSCP.
