Error - String list does not allow duplicates

Apologies if this bug has already been reported - I couldn't find it in the tracker or this forum.
Quite often with the latest version I get the error "string list does not allow duplicates" popping up while uploading multiple files to our server. This hangs one of my connections until I manually click the OK button. Despite the error the file appears to have been transferred successfully. I use automatic background mode with up to 5 connections and no prompting. No errors occur while the connection is idle.
It's not a major bug but means I can't leave WinSCP unattended while transferring files.
