Configuring host

Hello ,

I have installed vmware 7 and Linux, Windows Server 2008 on it, i want to set up soft WinSCP to copy files to vmware os ,for example i need to copy some files from my primary os which is windows 7 to vmware os which is linux for example , as i know ip is the same for os that is installed on vmware and my primary os that is installed on my pc , so what ip should i type in host for WinSCP?

Well, the external one would be the same probably. But there would be another local IP for your VMWare to distinguish it within your "local network". Like 127.0.0.2 or alike. Try using "ipconfig /all" command on the VMWare. Anyway, you should better ask on VMWare support.
