bug: broken links to Section 8.2 topic in PuTTY User Manual

Hi, I just downloaded WinSCP Installation package to install WinSCP 4.2.9.

In the windows help system, all links to "Section 8.2: Using PuTTYgen, the PuTTY key generator" fail. There was one somewhere in the WinSCP help, and obviously the PuTTY User Manual's table of contents has a bunch. Clicking them pops up the alert
The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated Help file.(129)

However, if I click the >> arrows to advance through the manual, I arrive at a page titled "Section 8.2: Using PuTTYgen, the PuTTY key generator" and its subpages. But clicking the _U_p button on a subpage like 8.2.1 shows the error. Hmm.

I do not think, I'm distributing putty.hlp with WinSCP. But I do distribute helps files fir puttygen and plink. Maybe you have a difference version of the PuTTY than WinSCP uses.
