tooltips can disappear off-screen

I downloaded WinSCP Installation package to install WinSCP 4.2.9 on Windows Vista.

I notice that tooltips can extend offscreen so that you can't read them. To reproduce,

• move WinSCP near the right edge of the screen
• hover over the final "folder tree" icon
• Result: "Hide/sh" appears on screen
• Expected: like Windows Explorer and other windows apps, tooltips should lay out to be entirely visible.
