View/Edit don't remember Transfer Settings options

Hi,
I have problem with View\Edit when file name contains special characters.
I ticked the option {[x]Replace \: *? "} in the {Transfer Settings}->{File modification} and {[x]Use same settings next time}. On the next call {View} option {Repleace} option was unchecked.
