Download blocked because of suspected infection

The virus scanner of my university prevents me downloading WinSCP from some of the Sourceforge mirrors. It claims it's infected by a Trojan. See message below:

"ClamAV: Heuristic.Trojan.SusPacked.TMS"

Maybe this is a false-positive or maybe there's a problem with some of the mirrors. I stopped after trying two times. One of them was downloading from

http://freefr(dot)dl(dot)sourceforge(dot)net/project/winscp/WinSCP/4.3%20beta/winscp430setup.exe

(made the url unclickable just in case that this threat is real)
I can't remember the other.

Thanks for your post. This looks like quite generic message. Also googling for the message I've found too many false positive reports referring to this message.
