Error connecting: "bad service request ssh-connection"

Hi,

I have setup the latest COPSSH server on Windows 2008, and WinSCP on the client. I am unable to authenticate and connect. I have bypassed authentication, and removed password authentication on the server for this account.

I get the error from WinSCP:

PuTTY also fails with the same error message, if I choose "Bypass Authentication" in SSH.

If I keep an authentication method, I get a response "No authentication mechanisms available" after I enter the username, before entering a password.

Can you also try another client? PuTTY and WinSCP shared the SSH implementation, so it would be interesting to do an independent test.
