Transfering mp4 files to iphone4

I've been trying to find the folder to place my mp4 movie in. I think it's got to be somewhere in Ipod. Is there a 'movie' folder anyway?

I loaded it using Itunes. Then I hooked it up to comp with winscp. Using the 'find files' I typed in the name of the mp4 I loaded but nothing came up.

My movie plays on the ipod app so it is definitely there. I wonder if Iphone changes the file format and name.

If anybody could help I would much appreciate it.
