To start copying file from where it has stopped

Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to connection error my 50 MB file copying stopped in between I have again open the WinSCP GUI, which I have set with SCP protocol. When trying to copy same file to the same remote location, it is showing options cancel, yes, no, Newer only , but when without any extra settings I click on Newer only, it started copying it all over again.

I really need some solution which I can solve this problem of copying from start for large files

Newer only means that only newer files will be overwritten. It has nothing to do with transfer resume. With SCP resuming transfer is not possible at all. You can switch to SFTP.
