Local window not listing files

Hi,

I'm using the latest stable release 4.2.9 (Build 938) on Windows 7.

When I open winscp normally it won't list any files in the local window. It doesn't matter what directory I choose. If I open winscp as Administrator it does lists files. Clearly this is some kind of permissions issue but I do have permissions to view and change C:\ and my home directory.

Any ideas?
