deleting installous apps of iphone

I am trying to delete installous apps from my iphone. I have looked on other sites and they told me the way to do that is to

root/private/var/mobile/library/downloads

However, i can not find that downloads folder in the library folder. I was wondering if any one knew how i could fix it. Thanks in advance.

Its in the directory of /private/var/mobile/Documents/Installous/Downloads
